Affirmational
breathwork uses breath to allow positive affirmations - new, loving,
happy, abundant beliefs to get rooted in your subconscious mind,
releasing negative understandings, social programming and beliefs
like "Life is a struggle", "No pain - no gain",
"I don't matter", "I am alone and separate",
"I have to struggle and work hard to get rich" etc.
Since Life is a reflection of our internal beliefs, it is very
important to recognise what kind of understandings are running
your life. There is no coincidences. Every single event, person,
thing in your life is created by you. When you understand the
profound Truth of your great manifesting power you can take responsibility
for your Life, Inner Peace, Joy and Health.
Affirmational
Breathwork uses Breath to empower the positive affirmations on
a deeper level and release the old stagnant beliefs. It is a great
help, support and inspiration for people who consciously want
to take charge of their lives and consciously start creating the
Life they want.
During the Affirmational Breathing workshop we sometimes use also
creative writing or drawing, working in pairs to investigate the
deeper realms of our beliefs and open our minds to new ideas,
views that are integrated during the Breathwork process.
