Dear one,
How are you?
I am feeling a gratifying fullness. We just completed “Your Next Level of Liberation” weekend immersion here in Sedona, and I would like to share our joy and blessings with you. Just imagine our space filled with powerful Grace and light. Witnessing the beautiful process as each person moves into the deeper embodiment of who they Really Are and expanding into their deeper holding of pure love!
Aaaaahhh…
When we were complete with our gourmet vegan dinner (which included a most amazing raw coconut cream pie) I went into the main hall of our facility to find some weekend participants in celebration! They were laughing, dancing and singing in most creative ways. I watched them with laughter, enjoying their complete openness of expression as they flowed free of inhibition, self-doubt or fear. I laughed for a long time watching them wiggle, move and shake their bodies in unimaginable ways, with our wonderful musicians guiding in song, drumming and guitar.
Aaaah, miracles … words don’t do this new found freedom any justice. Just join us next time and experience it for yourselves.
Thanks to many of you requesting an additional Your Next Level of Liberation immersion this year, I am happy to announce that we have created one more immersion for Nov 6-7 in Marin, CA. Come take a deep breath, become a clear bridge between heaven and earth, and expand your ability to channel freedom and joy (no matter what).

I am sending much love and many blessings to you and everyone around you. It is such a fascinating time to be alive on our planet. And, it gets even more fascinating when we learn to navigate the journey of dissolving the old and finding courage to allow the abundant New to come through.

Proof that God loves to play and was playing through us, opened by that loving breath with Julia.
The Vortex
I went to Sedona looking for a mystic vortex, a place of power
I found it, but not at all where I expected
It started about 4 feet over the top of my head
Swirling, gathering the energy and essence of soul
entering my crown and opening that soft spot in my skull
and softening it more
Swirling, descending through each chakra,
sometimes meeting blockage of hardened patterns
based on old fear and protection
That energy can be dangerous! (the ego/mind says)
And so I breathed the breath of Love
and opened and softened each hardened doorway
Just allowing the energy to move,
as it so wants to, through me
opening the third eye with a vision
opening the throat with a song
opening the heart with expanding love
opening the power, sexuality and security centers
Until it connected
like a lightening bolt finding its ground,
with the root and base of my spine and beyond into the earth
My body an open channel at last for the movement of Love and Soul
heaven to earth and earth back up to heaven.
Back in Santa Barbara,
my life is still both the ecstasy and the dirty laundry
and all points in between
The view from the back of the womb is still fearful
The beloved is leaving! It's the end of the world!
And I breath too the breath of Love through this birth
And shift my perspective to another view
Allowing the pain, allowing the pleasure,
allowing every experience to move through me
Knowing now that I can breath through anything
Reborn into this, this, this very moment
And like Michaelangelo said of David,
another piece of marble is chipped away that is NOT David.
The spirit fire burns away another egoic structure that is NOT me.
There is momentary pain, and sadness,
then surrender into deepening levels of the peace, joy, bliss
of the essential me that cannot be harmed
opening the vortex of power that is wholly within me
Breathing the breath of love to open further still
connecting heaven and earth, earth and heaven
And this body, this life, this breath
gets to be
in this moment
- miracle of miracles –
the connector
