I find this comforting and quieting. Living in the New Age capital of the world I hear a lot about finding one's purpose, and it usually means finding a way to make a living that has a spiritual intention. I often fall into judging myself as a failure because I haven't created anything like that yet, even though I really know better. It is very easy to get caught up in that in kind of mindset here…and it's nice to be told that none it really matters except for the practice of embodiment and remembering Who We Are. It makes me feel like I can relax and breathe!
Thanks so much Julia. Your message is so true and yet so simple. Im going through a tough time at the moment and found your awakening video on youtube . Your message came to me like the voice of an angel , I have since been using the breath and Im finding myself more embodied in love. I would love you to come to Ireland sometime .. we need you here !!

What a treat to see you again, and again… I had to watch you twice… not just about what you said but also about what was in-between your words. I say a big YES to your "what if my life purpose is to unwind into who I am, letting go into the deepest healing, the deepest remembering". I also see and resonate with the deep compassion and love behind your words because through that you are showing and embodying that which you are asking.
When I am in joy and expressing compassion & appreciation, it is not a matter of what the "doingness" is, it is a matter of what I have allowed myself to fully INbody and BEcome in that moment. Choosing the right words to describe an emotion, can be an art form… and can ultimately take you beyond the words, just as feeling the emotion can take you beyond the conscious mind.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and heart. They remind me of my true life purpose… to breathe and love into each moment a sense of peace and infinite connection whilst I am doing whatever I am doing, mowing the lawn, brushing my teeth, smiling at toll booth attendant, sharing a special moment with my son, growing deeper with more presence in my relationship, doing great works, helping thousands of folks, assisting in a healing, or simply "doing nothing".
At the end of the day, or the end of my life, it will not be "look what I have done", that allows me to INbody the divine, it is "feel who I am."

So sweet to see you again, if only in video and hear your wise words and message. Yes, I resonate clearly and have struggled with not knowing my purpose but get it now more clearly that is the deep remembering of who I really am. Simple and beautiful. Got my letter from the weekend yesterday and it was so much exactly what I needed to hear in that moment – from my own sweet higher self! Here’s a short part of it on this remembering theme:
This weekend has been a blast of divine Truth and just in case you forgot already, here’s some of this expansion, love, bliss, freedom, acceptance, peace that is your true nature and birthright. This pure light and loving, trusting being is who you really are. I love you!
