I am feeling a gratifying fullness. We just completed “Your Next Level of Liberation” weekend immersion here in Sedona, and I would like to share our joy and blessings with you. Just imagine our space filled with powerful Grace and light. Witnessing the beautiful process as each person moves into the deeper embodiment of who they Really Are and expanding into their deeper holding of pure love!

When we were complete with our gourmet vegan dinner (which included a most amazing raw coconut cream pie) I went into the main hall of our facility to find some weekend participants in celebration! They were laughing, dancing and singing in most creative ways. I watched them with laughter, enjoying their complete openness of expression as they flowed free of inhibition, self-doubt or fear. I laughed for a long time watching them wiggle, move and shake their bodies in unimaginable ways, with our wonderful musicians guiding in song, drumming and guitar.
Aaaah, miracles … words don’t do this new found freedom any justice. Just join us next time and experience it for yourselves.
Thanks to many of you requesting an additional Your Next Level of Liberation immersion this year, I am happy to announce that we have created one more immersion for Nov 6-7 in Marin, CA. Come take a deep breath, become a clear bridge between heaven and earth, and expand your ability to channel freedom and joy (no matter what).

How was your Mother’s day yesterday? I am sure you gave many thanks to your mum. Yet, did you also give thanks to the Divine Mother? The one who gives birth to your reality each and every moment?
I spent shamanic journeying with my friends and clients deep in the Breath of Love all day. And, as I look back at it now, it is obvious that our sessions were in alignment with the whole Mother’s Day celebration idea. In each new private session we dove straight into our Divine Mother’s arms, embodying a deep connection with her love and guidance.
I feel very blessed and grateful.
Well… talking about profound re-connections… we will be gathering on June 5-6th to embody our connection with the Divine Mother deeper again. We will come together to receive her blessings, and hear her guidance for our lives. And, we would love to have you join us!
For the first time ever, we’re holding this weekend immersion in the gorgeous and magical Sedona, Arizona! Have you been there? It is such a scared land. I look forward to connecting with its wisdom, and feeling its power under my feet.

Sometimes, we, spiritual people, make things too complicated. Have you noticed? All the shamanic movement of energies, healing, colors, other dimensions… that’s all fun. Yet, for this moment, let’s just rest from all the spiritual techniques, theories, and ideas. Instead, let’s just dive into the beauty of simplicity.
Let’s come back to the simplest, and one of the most profound gifts we have been given: our ability to be grateful.
Honestly, all your questions can be easily answered when you let yourself stop, breathe, and simply deeply appreciate this moment. Give thanks. The more the better.
From that frequency of gratitude, harmony, and joy a clear guidance will come through.
This is the magic formula: the more heart-felt is your gratitude, the clearer is your Soul’s Guidance.
See, when you complicate things (even spiritually complicate them), you disconnect from the clarity of your inner guidance. Learn to look at the world with child’s eyes, and the doors of heaven will open up to you. I promise that.

Universe granted me and Mel a generous opportunity to be stuck in the snow storm. It took an hour to get out of there! Yet, what a blissful hour that was, fully immersed in the tranquility and beauty of nature.

During our Breath of Love weekend immersions and evening events we often create a sweet family of depth, intimacy, and openness. It is truly a special time we spend together. Yet, it is often hard to leave because the rest of the world doesn’t always seem to ‘vibe’ on the same level.
So, I have spent many months contemplating what would be the best way to stay connected and keep flowing within our heart-felt connection, and I came up with the blog! No wonder so many people nowadays do it. It is truly a great way to stay connected.
Just a year ago I went through a monk phase. It was a very deep, blissful, freeing and awakening experience. Yet, when it came to a completion I realized how much I missed a tribe, a community where the flow of love, joy and support can flow fully and abundantly.
I realized I can be enjoying blissful solitude for an eternity once I leave my body. Yet, while i am here, in the physical dimension, i have a great opportunity to rejoice in coming together, and participate in the dance of giving and receiving with others.
So, I am very excited to offer this blog to us to come together as a community… to share, celebrate, and support each other.
Please, make it your new home.
