Here, in Western society people frequently fall into the trap
of believing that if I do it once, it will be enough.
If I receive a massage once it will help me stay relaxed for months.
If I watch my diet for couple of days, its OK for me to
eat fast food for couple of weeks. If I attend a weekend workshop,
it means I dont have to do any inner work later.
Some of us, when we do something once, like try meditating for
instance, and it doesnt work, we get frustrated and drop
it. Somehow we have forgotten that everything in life is a learning
process. We had to learn to walk, and it took a lot of time and
effort to stand up on those little feet. Eating with a fork felt
so frustrating and boring, yet we made ourselves get used to it.
When we wanted to express ourselves loudly but our parents didnt
agree with it, we adjusted ourselves to speaking quietly, in a
modest manner. We learned about good and bad... right and wrong.
It is all learned. And
we can unlearn a lot of it too. But even unlearning is a learning
process. It is repeating the same thing enough times for it
to become a habit.
We
grew up with have to brush your teeth every day, and
now we have no problem doing it. It has become automatic. So,
how can we develop the same level of effortless ability when it
comes to opening our body, mind and heart to the infinite intelligence
of the universe?
We
do it through constant attention. It takes repetition and
vigilance to create a momentum of living in clarity, courage,
and alignment.
For
this reason, making a commitment to a minimum of 10 transformational
sessions with a professional is invaluable. Once you learn
to practice on your own, you wont need a facilitator, but
the importance of doing this work on a regular basis will remain.
Through repetition you create a new pattern (new neuro pathways)
of breathing, perceiving, feeling, and navigating your inner and
outer reality.
In
repeated Breathwork sessions, you will have countless remarkable
experiences and realizations from one session to the next. Thats
a given. The true invitation is to learn to keep these high
states of mind and wide open spaces of heart available through
the chaos of every day life. If you are not paying attention
to creating and maintaining new patterns of awareness, your old
habitual tendencies will take over.
All
that you learned in childhood about right and wrong, not being
good enough, relying on the outside world for approval, and so
on, took years to become ingrained. If one doesnt pay attention,
the old childhood conditioning, recapitulated in the belief systems
of society, tend to creep in and stand in the way of your truth
and authentic self expression.
In
this very real way Breath of Love is a process of rebirthing and
re-parenting yourself. It takes patience, discipline, willingness
and desire to grow up and start living YOUR life,
experiencing YOUR full potential. Not the life that you were
taught to live by your parents, teachers, and the society.

Breath
of Love is one of the fastest ways to let go of the past and re-discover
yourself in the present moment. You will begin to feel much
happier, freer, and clearer already after the first session. Through
a series of 10 sessions, you are taken step by step through different
layers of your mind and psyche. Every new session builds upon
the last one, taking you deeper and teaching your body to navigate
through the breathwork process effortlessly and enjoyably. Your
heart learns to stay open, mind remain calm, energy balanced,
and body centered.
Like
going to the gym or a yoga class, the repetition is essential
to creating lasting change.
